Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic projects that apply across worldwide engneering teams.
• `Apply lean tools to identify waste in the turbocharger product development process, and facilitate product and component development team in understanding and transforming their processes.
• Change management deployment experience is desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• 5 years experience in New Product Development/introduction and design, preferably in the field of Turbomachinery and/or Automotive products most desirable..
• Trained in Six Sigma techniques and good analytical skills.
