Consultant with expert level operator training experience in process simulation software (Hysys, Aspen) and proven success selling solutions to clients. Must have expertise in the application of Simulation solutions to the Operator training and knowledge management. You should have a background with petrochem or related industries. You will cover North America. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This is a direct hire position. Houston is the preferred location but the Sales Manager can be located anywhere. Must be willing to travel extensively. Compensation includes generous bonus.

• Develop and grow Simulation and Process Operation opportunities by increasing the client base in North America

Requirements

• Requires BS Technical and proven client development and large scale sales management in the industrial automation sector
• Must have knowledge of HYSYS and 5 years data modeling experience.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Requires excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
